My name is Tracy and I started decorating cakes 3 years ago. I love sugar flowers but spend most of my time modelling.

I started to write a blog www.icingheaven.blogspot.com in November after myself and my twin 10 year olds won gold medals at the Cake International show at the NEC in Birmingham. What started out as a hobby has now become a business making bespoke wedding and celebration cakes called Icing Heaven.

My models are heavily influenced by the wonderful Lorraine Mckay ( www.extra-icing.blogspot.com ) and my other favourite sugar artists, Debbie Brown and Karen Davies. As far as sugar flowers go there can be only one, Alan Dunn.
