I am a native son of Cooperstown NY, although primarily a resident of Chicago, IL today, born in 1969
Account name appropriated from the champion horse - Kellsboro Jack - owned by the legendary sportsman and Singer Sewing Machine heir Frederick Ambrose Clark.
Kellsboro Jack, an Irish bred gelding, won the Grand National at Aintree Racecourse near Liverpool England in (then) record time in 1933.

Kellsboro Jack would be shipped back to the US where he would later pass away at his Cooperstown estate known as "Iroquois" (where the Clark Sports Center exists today) and is buried near the Irish-stone tower Ambrose had built overlooking the Village. 'Brose would later be buried beside his beloved horse for all eternity.
