for one am highly opinionated,but it never was unsolicited.

This is a title i borrowed from one of my devotional readings (Our Daily Bread).And yes I know how unlikely it may seem, I do read the Bible and do daily devotionals.

 

My life is like a spectrum,I may be on one end in a moment and right on the opposite the next.Not in the same category as of a manic-depressive type,a pendulum,a seesaw, but rather a to-and-fro trip.

 

I go and travel in adventure from one point to the next and not merely focused to reaching my destination, but rather trying very hard to enjoy the journey.I believe to do otherwise is to impugn life.

  

I am now of age, but anticipating everyday life as if it has just started.

 

I already heard my soul screaming for rest,a million times that is, but never had the gall to surrender myself competely and heed its call.

 

I can look back at life and say I am contented, but never complacent.

 

I saw my future, but not just ready to live it.

 

I am fully aware of my limitations, but not just willing to take it at its superficial value and slapping me in the face with my inadequacies.

 

I realize my limitations are an indication that I am human,but I'm not too willing to give up.I am attempting to do something about it.

 

I am flexible, but has yet to to achieve fluidity.

 

I know a lot about life, but I can't say I'm a connoisseur at it.

 

I have felt excruciating pain,but I can't claim exclusivity in suffering such.

 

I am appreciated,but has yet to be a darling.

 

I am already alive, but has yet to live.

 

Life for me is a continuum,I may be at one point at one time and working my way to the next at another. It is the distance and how I manage it that matters.

 

Life is a journey,not a destination.

 

I am already travelling,not yet there,but am enjoying my way slowly and savoring life at its fullest.

for the past few weeks,i've been a TV addict all over again,what with one tree hill and despearate housewives and all?i heard some character from joan of arcadia delivering these lines and i was stunned by the simple yet blunt truth in it.

 

in another lame attempt to give you a peek into my complex persona,this is a blog intending to show what i'm not,in the hope to give you peeps an idea of who i really am,here goes!

 

i'm not snotty,but rather choosy.

 

i'm not hard to please although my standards are towering....in almost all things,as unlikely as it seems.

 

i'm not a good swimmer,albeit maintaining my status as a full-fledged fish.

 

i'm not good at reentering a kayak,but I love the water so much,I always end up having to try and do it a million times when I'm in the water.

 

i'm not dependent on most things,but i overly am to my PFD (personal floatation device).

 

i'm not a leo,even how fierce i may be at times,i am a piscean.

 

i'm not vulgar,i'm just strightforward.

 

i'm not a person of authority,but i can generate influence.

 

i'm not a boss,i am a leader.

 

i'm not resistant to change,albeit critical to it.

 

i'm not a genius in analysis.i am in synthesis though.

 

i'm not strong.i'm resilient.

 

i'm not emotionally volatile.i'm just mastering emotional alchemy.

 

i'm not a teacher,i am a student of life.

 

twisted eh???im not twisted,im quite linear.
