After being uninspired for a long time, I'm finally back and renewed my Flickr account.
As a kid I always was intrigued by photography, how it captures that special moment in time. I remember looking back at old B/W family photos from 1930-1950 and wondering what was on their mind when the shot was taken of them. Hence, my intrigue into photography.
Ever since my dad got me my first cheap camera then my polaroid I always loved taking pictures of anything and I so much wanted to be a sports photographer. It never panned out but I still love to take pictures.
What is so amazing about photography is that 10 people can take a picture of the same object and you can have 10 different shots. Some might shoot it in B/W, some might do close ups and others might simply use a different angles or settings on their camera. The beauty of it, is that that moment is captured in time according to what the photographer sees and wants people to look at.
Photography has evolved and photographers have many different styles but it all is capturing that "one moment in time" that the photographer wants you to remember.
I'm not a pro photography, I'm just a guy snapping shots of anything that he likes. My photography pales in comparison to what is out there on Flickr. There are so many talented photographers on Flickr, especially the younger generation, they seem to express themselves by the pictures they take.

Joe is a true example of the phrase "it's not the machine, it's the operator." With his modest point & shoot, he composes his shots with humor, originality, and thoughtfulness. On top of that, he is quickly mastering Photoshop editing techniques, making his work larger than life yet still, always grounded.
I'm surprised Joe doesn't have any testimonials yet! He is so awesome! He is so relatable, and great to talk to! He's such a friendly person. He always has a story or meaning behind his photos, they're great! Take care and keep doing what you do! :)
