ever since i was young, i loved History. i got into writing around 1984. I did not realize it at the time but i was fortunate enough to witness perhaps the most important aspect of graffiti history ever. New York City subway graffiti. from about 1985 to 1989, i photographed subway graffiti, relentlessly. In 1989, freight trains were becoming popular and all the little tricks i learned watching the subways, i applied to the then very young freight train graffiti movement. to date i have amassed a substantial collection of graffiti photos. primarily trains - but i have some walls too.
