Lots of new interest. One of my new hobby is taking pictures with my friends or pictures of travel. I just started using my camera so I'm not very good yet.

I'm rediscovering a whole new world of art, music and travel. I spent 8 years of my life as a corporate pilot flying small business jets. Instead of enjoying travel, I learned to hate it. It's one thing to travel to places you like, it's another thing traveling to places because .....it's your job @any time, day, week or month.

Prior to my flying career, I spent 15 years as a government engineer with lots of business travel. So the combined career of 23 years kept me on the road a lot.

No more corporate flying, a failed business venture, death/sickness of parents and the loss of a best friend to cancer change my perspective on life.

I really enjoy simple things. Hanging out with my friends, my church, the arts, traveling to places I like, international travel, and just learning how to enjoy the day .... good or bad.

After my failed business, I'm back working with the government but this time with minimum travel duties. I will soon start flight instructing again in some form but instructing can consume lots of time, so I'll be more selective.

Looking forward to adding new photos and sharing new adventures. There lots of ineteresting people on Flickr and I really enjoy viewing others photostream, comments and views on life.
