Mostly I go out and take photos for fun in my free time. Since I live in New York City, don't get much vacation time from work, and I'm too tired on the weekends to travel, most of my photos are from walking around New York City...

If I can, I try to get my wife to join me on my walks, sometimes she does, sometimes she doesn't.

The captions and descriptions of my albums are a bit of the story of my day out and about. I see writing about what I saw as an enhancement to the photos (or is it the other way around?).

In albums I mostly put the shots I liked best near the front, then the rest in chronological order.

If I'm feeling motivated I'll go with a prime lens and take time to get where I want for photos, but if I'm tired or feeling down, work's not going well, I go for the easier, lazier zoom lens.
