TO "ADMIRERS"

Yes, I'm flattered and NO (!!!!) I don't care about your advances. I'm in a relationship, not attracted to men and no matter how dirty you can phrase your desires/copy paste the same faux-poetic love declaration, I will NOT reply.

I know those who would actually send messages of the type I just described above don't actually read this and will send so anyway... but hey I wanted to get it off my (fake) chest. I block swiftly and that's the end of it.

Just to reiterate:

I'm NOT interested in men, NOR in pictures of genitalia or displays of sexual activity on photostreams. I have no fetish for rubber, sissies (nor consider myself to be one) or hairy body parts in womens clothing. I'm fine with people who enjoy said activities or enjoy showcasing their sexuality but I have no interest in viewing such content. Each to their own but it's not my thing.

I'm happily with my lovely partner of nearly 15 years and have no interest whatsoever in hooking up or dirty talk.

TL;DR: it's not going to happen and those that reply to my photos stating what they would intend to do with my body (get this, that is creepy, not "hot") will be swiftly blocked.

OK, now that is out of the way:

TO FRIENDS

On occasion I clean up my contacts list, if your last contribution was several years ago I'll have to assume you have left Flickr. If you feel this was by mistake, drop me a line as I like hearing when people are still alive! I had myself temporarily flocked to Instagram, but found Facebook|Meta's usual disregard for privacy (as well as repeatedly trying to have my phone hand all over all permissions) blocking in my continued use. Sad as I found the community there to be quite engaging (though less articulate).

THE "BIO"

Occasional, early-40's TV / CD (or whatever label is in vogue, I don't care about them to describe me and I don't take offense at "mislabeling", I'm just "me"), sometimes in heels and at others (mostly...) not.

So far nothing out of the ordinary for girls of my predisposition really (at least when you think about it or count the massive amounts of similar Flickr profiles. ;-)

While I am open about my crossdressing activities, I restrict its practice to the comfort of my home (never say never, but I am nowhere near being comfortable enough to step out...). I enjoy creating the image of a natural female persona, as in: the girl next door, not a female caricature like a drag queen, though glamming up isn't wholly out of the question as long as it is done tastefully! Please realize that I select my photos based on the most flattering angle to best complement the illusion, not all is as rosy as you'd hope. Hey, I "suffer" from male-pattern hair loss so take that in.

I love to connect with likeminded girls or anyone cool who is not a weirdo as described above.

Also, I don't mind those who favourite a photo without leaving a comment, but if you do 80+ in a row and all I see in your favourites list is my mug, I will consider you at best someone who greedingly takes without giving in return, or at worst creepy af. Either way you will be blocked, you can continue doing what you were doing and so can I, works for both of us I guess.

"FACE APPERS"

As stated, I'm open to befriending those with similar interests though I will ignore people who rely on using FaceApp or similar distortions of reality to "achieve their look". I understand the irony in my use of "reality" in the last sentence, but I can guarantee you it is very satisfying to achieve a different appearance with just a little effort and attention spent on the right places (you know, the same as actual women do). What is the fun in automating the process away ? I get that it can be a nice passtime to tinker and see what the AI can come up with, but if all I see in your photostream is an obvious forgery (yes I can tell) I don't think we have anything in common. Or in more positive terms: don't hide behind technology, you can achieve what you want in real life. You might not be happy with initial "results", but eventually come to terms with who you are and how you can present yourself. It's awesome.

GROUP INVITES

I'm not averse to people inviting my photos to be added to their group. But at least ask yourself "is it fair that this group is private?" or "should I at least ask the photo owner to be part of the group?".
