Nací en Barcelona el día 5 de junio de 1942.

Soy sordo de nacimiento, al igual que mis padres y mi única hermana. Durante mi infancia siempre estuve rodeado de personas sordas y oyentes sin problemas de comunicación.

Ingresé superando la prueba de acceso a la Facultad de Bellas Artes. Allí tuve mi primer contacto con estudiantes oyentes y conocí el movimiento estudiantil en la época, en plena dictadura y estudié con compañeros que luego fueron pintores de reconocido prestigio. Finalicé mis estudios obteniendo también el titulo de Profesor de Dibujo, al mismo tiempo terminé los estudios de Delineación.

Me inicié como pintor artista y con mis obras efectúe exposiciones en importantes salas de arte en Barcelona, Alicante, Girona, Graz y Linz (Austria), Madrid, Oviedo, Pamplona, Zaragoza, París (Francia), Washington y Miami (USA) y en multitud de salas de pequeñas ciudades catalanas y españolas. La barrera comunicativa del momento, el mundo no estaba sensibilizado, tampoco hoy en día es fácil, me frenaron y poco a poco fui dejando de lado la pintura para realizar otras tareas.

I was born in Barcelona the 5th of june 1942.

I'm deaf since I was born, like my parents and my only sister. During my childhood I was always with deaf and listening people without any problem of communication.

I entered into the Arts Academy. There I had my first contact with hearing students and discovered the student's movement from that period, in the "Franco's dictadura" and studied with people that became painters with prestige. I ended up my studies and obtained the title of Drawing teacher, and, at the same time, finished the Delineation studies.

I started as an artist painter and with my work I did important exhibitions in important art galleries in Barcelona, Alicante, Girona, Graz y Linz (Austria), Madrid, Oviedo, Pamplona, Zaragoza, París (France), Washington y Miami (US) and in many galleries in little catalan and spanish towns. The comunication problem at that moment, the world was not sensibilized.. neither toda is an easy thing, stopped and pregressively I left the painting aside to dedicate myself to other things.
