i like a cozy, happy and simple life. i believe in kindness and respect to others and to this fragile earth. i am a bit of a homebody, i embrace handmade, thrifty finds and now i try to grow my own and make do and mend. i think i am only just starting to get the balance right in my life.

i love to scour thrift shops and car boot sales. since i was a kiddy i have found joy in discovering a litte treasure with a past.

i am crazy about mid centuary and scandinavian design and love fabrics, furniture and kitchenware from the past.

i am mad keen on nature! owls ,deer, birds, trees, acorns, pebbles and lots more. i live in the city so any little trip to a beach or the countryside is a real pleasure. i dream of caravans and camping trips, although it's a bit cold here in scotland for that kind of thing!

i look for the humour and quirky in everything. i seek out things that make me smile. laughter is the best medicine of all!
