When I'm not working on portfolio and assignment work, I enjoy tinkering and restoring vintage cameras, and using these for vintage lenswork to reinterpret the everyday. I have no personal interest in imaging with digital media although sometimes I do enjoy seeing creative digital imaging. I thought I'd share some of these images which have been lingeringly neglected amidst dusty volumes. Although restoration isn't my forte, I'm surprised at how vintage lenswork can invest images with traces .... of what Wiederkehr might call 'wrapped up in the ordinary' rather than just being ordinary. In any case, these are slightly aleatory images, serendepitously discovered with these vintage tools.
