I've always been fascinated by photography. My earliest memories of taking pictures are from childhood. In the 3rd or 4th grade our class took trips to Annapolis and Williamsburg. I took a Brownie Hawkeye camera with me which used 620 film to take pictures of everything. As a teenager I had several Instamatic cameras and in 1972 bought my first SLR, a Minolta SRT 101. It was a great camera at the time. Since then I've owned various 35mm cameras from Minolta, Canon, and Pentax as well as Polaroid instants.

 

Currently I own a Nikon D60 and I think I have learned more about photography with that than any of the film cameras as I can take as many shots as i wish and view the results right away.
