I met Leighton after his wife Angela hunted me down after seeing a nutter in bare feet (me) in a freezing cold stream photographing waterfalls. They forced me to get up and meet them for sunrise (my first ever and several since) as I'm not a morning person. We all hit it off, I could tell because they started bullying me straight away and continue to do so but I genuinely believe that my own photography has developed as a result. It has been interesting to watch Leighton's photography develop, you can actually see his confidence growing over time, especially when he got his new camera and he continues to improve. Great fun to be around and has a neverending supply of toys like Lego and Scalextric plus there is a bottomless teapot at their house which is ok with me.
