Direct, opinionated. At least, that's what people tell me. "So tell me how you REALLY feel," is a phrase I have heard a lot in my time.

I consider myself pretty laid back -- I didn't really have a career to speak of until the last five years. And it wasn't because I was raising kids. I passed on spawning, something I am proud of because it was an actual choice, complete with considering all the options.

I have three large dogs and am a devoted follower of Cesar Millan. We walk about three miles each day. I pound through a pair of running shoes about every four months.

Otherwise, I am your average middle-aged, Midwestern lady figuring out how to indulge my taste for vintage and theatrical clothes without winding up looking like a crazy bag lady.
