I am a photojournalist and writer living near Annapolis, Md., in Edgewater. In November 2008, I established my own business, Nancy Royden Photography.

I have worked for newspapers in Texas, Alabama, North Carolina, Kentucky and Germany. I now do freelance work for publications in the D.C. area. I also shoot weddings and portraits. None of the images on the flickr pages were manipulated in any way. I always try my best to deliver images to editors that do not need to be fixed and I will work extremely hard for my editors or as a volunteer.

My hobbies include singing, traveling, yoga, and doing volunteer photography.
