I originally joined flickr to share holiday & family photos with far-flung family and friends. However, when I discovered the amazing photos on flickr, & the unbelievably broad scope of the groups, I became interested, then hooked, & now I'm close to obsessed, usually accessing the site several times a day. I love the encouragement & support people give each other, & I feel I've made new friends, from all around the world to my home city.
