I’m an architect and occasional cyclist who is renewing an interest in photography - this time with digital equipment. I'm a technophobe and know little about digital cameras or photo editing programs but will enjoy learning by trial and error. Most of my photographs are impromptu shots taken with the point and shoot while on road or cycling trips. Some are walk bys or drive bys out the car window, sometimes while in motion. My favorite places to shoot are architecturally related or near my hometown on the 45th parallel.

In this learning adventure, I hope to carry a camera more often. And in my enthusiasm, the subject matter may be very random with some post processing experiments that are strictly part of my learning curve and exploration. My hope is that the proportion of my "work" which is weighted heavily towards snapshots will shift into real photographs. Feel free to offer comments. Thanks for stopping by!
