My son Brents Pix suggested that I open a flickr account, so I did. Unfortunately, most of the photos I'll be adding will be fairly old, because I don't shoot much any more (and I REALLY miss it). I'm currently fighting Stage 4 prostate cancer (meaning it's already in my lungs, liver, lymph system, kidneys, and bones) and I simply don't have the energy to do much shooting any more. It hurts, it's tiring, and I don't want the quality of my images to be marginal simply because I don't have the physical stamina I once had.

BUT - don't feel sorry for me!!!! We're dealing with it, I think. I've collected some rather nice images over the years to share with you, and I still break out the camera now and then. I use a Nikon F100 and a venerable Fuji S2. Every now and then, I think about getting a more modern digital Nikon, but with my health the way it is, I even think twice before buying green bananas (hehehehehe).

BTW, please don't take offense if I don't respond to comments for several days, or sometimes, maybe not at all. Between the disease, the treatments, and the fact that I'm still working - I get really tired. Thanks for understanding.
