38 yr old, born and brought up in Istanbul, got a chem. eng degree in a "former life", married for 7 yrs, hubby from Bombay and a tech nerd , stay at home mom to almost 3 yr old girl, want one more before 40(!).

Got into kitchen for the first omelett at 5, baked first cake (from scratch) at 9. Always loved kitchen and baking (and it shows!) but recently caught the cake-bug. Currently, just learning from internet and books in spare time.
