Photography is such a rewarding hobby. Talk about immediate gratification.

I live just oustside of Chicago. I also have a home in Co. Kerry Ireland.

My favorite things to photograph are abandoned places nature and the ordinary which I make "different" by looking at it with a slightly odd view.

I have an eye for detail and notice light, reflections, symmetry, patterns and shadows...

I notice this stuff constantly. When shooting these things I love to play with people and offer it in a not normal perspective. I do this by either by coming in close or choosing a interesting angle.

As well as my abstract work I enjoy straight on nature photography, it's hard to top nature with all its wonders. Talk about patterns and symmetry, wow. Being out there though does offer up its challenges, bugs, heat, cold, wind,,, but it's all worth it when you get that perfect shot.
