I am self teaching myself how to bake, make & decorate occassion cakes, from books and the internet. I have leant how to make sugarflowers, also by reading books.

I have completed Level 1&2 NCFE Floristry courses at college and am continuing to learn floristry skills from reading yet more books and the internet.

It is my ambition to be able to make wedding flowers, the Bridal bouquet, with the Wedding cake & sugarflowers to match as an entire package.

I also enjoy taking photography and working in Photoshop :))

I started to take photographs 30th March 2008.... Matt, my better half, started his photography in 3rd June 2007. Just wrote this down as a reminder, so I can remember and see how I progress!!
