Chef Gui is a wonderful chef who always surprised me with his cooking. He made me discover meals I would never imagine to be eatable, and that turned out to be delicious. I remember for instance a fish dinner with raw sardines. Delicious! And his photographs are as good as his meals ;-) Oh, by the way: he's good at eggplants, too. Especially stuffed.
