Established in 1965, the Eastern Shore Regional Library of Maryland serves and empowers eight county library systems on the Eastern Shore.

Services include daily delivery, inter-library loan, information and reference services, technology support and consultation, consortium purchasing, training and a variety of other services through mutual cooperation and coordination with the eight county libraries.
