I started Aaron Hines Film and Photography during my 3 years of high school, where I filmed short videos for projects. In 2009 that is when it really sparked, during my senior year of high school I got serious about photography and portraiture. I realized while doing all my video projects that I also had an eye for photography. From then on, now the age of 22, I have been taking portraits and gaining more and more knowledge during every shoot.

I am a senior at the International Academy of Design and Technology, where I have educated myself with many new skills: from photography, cinematography, and building this very own site. After college I plan to further my career in filmmaking and portraiture. Becoming a director in Hollywood has been one of my goals since I was a little kid. From then on I have created new goals, one of them to become a professional portrait photographer. Film and photography both go hand and hand. I love doing them both and want to make a career out of viewing life behind a lens.

I always keep in mind when capturing images, "It does not matter about the equipment you have, it matters on how you use it." With my knowledge in photography, I strive to take unique photos that will truly amaze my viewers and clients. To capture these inspiring photos, I keep in mind the idea of capturing light to create a unique composition, something that you usually don't see naturally in life. I achieve this by creating my own light with strobes and/or using the natural light from the sun.

I have my style of capturing photographs, and that is how I am going to continue to take my photographs. I will always try and learn new things. But most of all, I will capture and amazing memory that will last a lifetime.
