My name is Andrew Kelly, I am a 27 year old Professional

Photographer/Graphic Designer.

 

I have been drawing for as long as I can remember which is where my interest

in visual art began. Since then I have loved visual communication and

everything that goes with it. Over the past few years focussing

mainly on my photography.

 

I love to photograph people. I think people are the most interesting things

in the world. How each person is different, how they act, how they look, how

they talk, how they interact with me, the camera and the surroundings. It never

gets boring and every photoshoot is different.

 

I like doing Portraits, ranging from traditional one on one portraiture

to group work, band/music and environmental portraiture.

 

I prefer to shoot on loction rather than in the studio, I feel that having

natural backgrounds creates so much more feeling in the images

rather than a straight white background. Also being able to interact with

the environment can lead to much better images and can be more fun

for you and me.

 

Wedding photography is a blend of all the types of photography I love.

At a wedding you need to be quick and accurate to catch the fleeting moments

so this is the same when I do street photograph and phtojournalism which is

my prefered style of shooting. You get the bride and groom portraits

which is like a standard portrait session and you get to use the natural

environments of the venue and surrounding areas which I love to do.

Wedding photography just fits into my style perfectly, its fast paced, its

challenging, its fun, you are capturing the most important day in two

people's lifes and giving them images to remember their day for

many many years.
