Regarding photos found on the web that people display.

Like many photos featured on Flickr and in other collections, they are often found by members on the web generally, not specifically on someones personal site.

To show a picture like this does not imply that it is a 'personal one', merely that reflects a persons interests and admiration of that particular scenario.

In 99% of cases where a photo is displayed, that was found on the web, it is done with innocent intentions and no malice is intended. PROVIDING the person does not claim to be the person in the photo.
