The pictures you see on these two “about” pages come from the time when I was regularly doing street photography in Edinburgh (and elsewhere )

I now live in the west of Scotland in rainy Argyll : I am also a bit older and less mobile than I was…

Consequently my picture from the last year or two are more varied asI have tried to satisfy the photographic itch in whatever way I can.

I still have…and use …Canon gear but I now use mainly micro Four thirds cameras and lenses. I very much appreciate the lightness and compactness of m4/3 !

May I also commend to you my group “The New Monomania “ which I started up recently to replace the now defunct “monomania “ which I ran in the past. I’m not sure if it is visible any more although it is still there…

Anyway that was then and this is now…Flickr has changed a lot but I still enjoy it…
