My name is Brian Denton a Sussex based photographer who specialises mainly in Landscapes, Seascapes and Minimalist photography.

Got into photography at the age of 11 when I was gifted a Kodak Brownie camera to use on my first school journey to Broadstairs, a popular seaside resort on the south coast of England.

Instamatics and various compact cameras followed until the bug really bit me on leaving school when I was able to afford to buy my first decent camera. A second hand Yashica Minister D………. It got serious from then on.

An Essex boy, when it was far less fashionable than it is now, I was brought up and lived in London before escaping to the Sussex coast where I enjoy living now.

Photography is my passion and hopefully the images displayed here convey the emotion, atmosphere and excitement that overtakes me when I have a camera around my neck and I enter the zone where time just disappears as I "click" away.
