It has now been over 8 1/2 years since I lost my wife in an auto accident. The loss never goes way but it does change over time. I am now moving forward with my life. I have recently begun a relationship with a very lovely lady who I have known for about 45 years. She lost her husband to a massive stroke about a year ago. My late wife and I had introduced her and her husband over four decades ago, and the four of us have remained close friends over that time.

Update: October 8, 2017, was the worst day of my life. My wife, Marilyh, died in an automobile accident. She was the love of my life, my best friend, my support team, my biggest fan, and much more. We would have been married for 52 years on October 23rd. She knew the Lord, and is now with him, I will see her again.

Historian of Early Midwestern Gunsmith/Gunmakers prior to 1900. I also have a few (okay, eleven) vintage vehicles, mostly Ford/Mercury/Lincoln, but have several others also. I love history and anything antique, particularly if it is mechanical, or made of wood and/or metal.
