My name is Mark and I live just outside of Newcastle upon Tyne but I was brought up as a child at the coast in Cullercoats. I tend to spend the bulk of my time taking photographs in the NE of England, predominantly in the area to the north of the Tyne, however I do try and combine my interest in walking and cycling with photography.

I have decided to take a break from my DSLRs and am currently using the Fuji X system which is allowing me the opportunity to capture a number of shots I amy not have previously done (a much more portable system).

I welcome all constructive feedback as this is always a learning game and opinions and suggestions can often speed improvement.
