I've dabbled in many forms of art within the past 30 plus years, to include painting (oils, acrylics and watercolors), pottery, jewelry making and stained glass....but when I was introduced to mosaics I became immediately hooked. I found that I can incorporate all of my artistic talents into one form of art.

I am always looking at ways to improve my art, and find inspiration everywhere I look. I keep a sketchbook and camera with me for when an idea strikes, and the artists that I've found both on flickr and etsy inspire me tremendously.

I have a wonderful, supportive husband who is also artistically inclined. He is a bassist and has been playing music for more than 40 years. My household also includes two young adult boys, two Boston Terriers and a cat.
