I like Yorrcik's wry sense of humor and he's a very good photographer. Where was Yorrrick when I got bitten by a kiwi bird though? His Australian know-how might have come in handy!^^

Yorrick, a fellow of infinite jest and most excellent fancy, and simply wonderful photography! His boidee shots rule and so do his panos. When I look at his work I am often awestruck, simple as that. As a friend and unofficial photographic mentor, he has always been encouraging and has always happily shared his amazing enthusiasm, humour, creativity, talent, knowledge and cool sense of fun. Keep shooting Richard!! :-)

I'm very happy to call Richard a mate. He is one of the nicest blokes you could meet and he is also the glue that makes the Wollongong Pictorial Mafia a coherent yet dynamic group. That's very special glue!! Richard's skill as a photographer is well respected among the mafia and the range of subjects he shoots is broad...but he is skilled at capturing anything he puts his mind too. He sets a very high standard. Keep up the good work R!

Well, what can I say...a visit to Mafia territory to meet the Yorrik was an amazing day...we shot and drank and got some amazing shots...It was also a great time to swap lenses and ideas...Hey Mick!...give your Bro some pool lessons...and...we are still waiting on the phoon in the apartment pool...NIGHT TIME only.
If I had to say one thing about Richard, is that he has a seemingly endless supply of energy. Always up for a challenge, always keen to stay out just that one bit longer for that perfect shot. And its well worth it too, many of those 'perfect shots' are in his photo stream... This guy lives well outside of the box.
Some call him 'don'. Others call him 'juan'. I call him 'the one' to take photos that make me exclaim 'Wow! Why didn't I think of that?' or 'How on earth did he take that?" or just mumble incoherently at myself in awe of his many talents. See you on phlow ;)
He has photographs so good you'll say F**k thats a good photo.
A magic man whose skulls make the concept of death seem both ludicrous and inevitable, and who can make his little relatives look like fledgling shamans and his hardcore laddish mates look like angels being born. Sentimental with an edge, my favorite. Oh, and he likes birds, too.
