I am a mom and a teacher and trying to take better pictures. I began on an old Pentax k1000 when I was in high school, stopped taking pictures because life got in the way, and then got a Nikon d40 for a recent anniversary. Found out that I really loved it then and now. Even better now, really, because now I can have a darkroom on my lap! Just hoping to get better and be inspired by all of the beautiful images on flickr.
