After living in Chiba, Japan, on the outskirts of Tokyo I finally took the big leap and moved into the city last year. I have been a resident of Japan for almost 18 years now. I love to travel and explore new places, whether that be in a new country or just around the corner where I live.
Life is too short to just go about your daily routine. You have to look up from time to time, look into the cracks and corners, and see what's waiting there.
I currently shoot with a Panasonic GX8, mainly using the 12-35mm F2.8 lens as it's a high-quality, versatile lens that lets me shoot wide and has a bit of zoom. I also picked up a few old lenses here and there, plus some new ones.
I am currently experimenting with the Panasonic 42.5mm F1.7 lens and my personal favorite, the Leica Summilux 15mm F1.7. The 42.5 shoots an equivalent of 85mm, which has always felt right for me. The Leica is a wonderful little gem, very durable and produces crystal quality images, especially on the GX8.
