I am a keen off road cyclist, into digital photography, photoshop technology with a great deal of outdoor adventure enjoying wild camping where possible.

My style of photography is art with adventure, whereas this is my second Flickr site as the first one is lost with a change of Email address a couple of years prior. Now that I have a friends 2 year old iPhone 10 with twin lens, a new iPhone SE 12mp (Jul 17) having been given a 2 year iPhone 3 (Aug13) then a IPhone 5 (Aug 15) and using them each for about 2 yrs. My candid shots may surprise some where least expecting. Hopefully not of me?

As of 22nd February 2023 I take possession of a iPhone 14 Pro Max which is ordered last September and due to Covid at the manufacturing plant nearly 6 months late.

As you can see from the links below, I am neither homophobic or have issues with male erotica. The world would be a better place if others took a similar stance.

I make lots of red wine which is intended to be drank a year or two later, (150 or more bottles a year) somehow my friends keep it trim and therefore it is seldom older than a year. Its quite easy to have a few friends around on a Sunday and for 3 bottles (Carafes) worth to go bottoms up, after putting the world to rights.

In a past life, I was a commissioned Soldier (Rifles) also a Royal Marine Officer, a Fruit and Vegetable retailer, one of London's finest, also an Engineer specialising in aluminium lightweight access products such as helidecks, access and safety equipment, then for a few years an acclaimed chef and restaurateur having built a 14 acre 5 star touring and static caravan park from a swamp and area of waste ground overlooking the Isle of Wight. Also sat and chaired many a national and European committees for Leisure.

For London and South TV viewers UK... One of my Helideck is the one seen on BBC TV News on top of the Needles Lighthouse, a project for Trinity House, another is the Tog Mor crane barge which lifted King Henry VIII tudor warship "Mary Rose" out of the Solent after 450 year slumber are but a few...

Intriguing fact

I once blow reveille on the. Uffington Blowing Stone In the late 80's. The keeper of the stone from the cottage a few meters away, said "It's a long time since anyone blow the stone" as I look at him in amazement? I'm not the slightest musical? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blowing_Stone Was or is the man from cottage a time honoured man from another millennium... I don't know.

I would like to think that I have contributed wisdom to the progress of leisure, engineering and photography since about the age of 8.

I am taking a long rest at the moment. Because my back hurts, although getting better slowly. It is taking much too much time to do so. My illness is caused by Statin cholesterol reduction tablets of which my taking stopped mid May 2017, I feel no better in myself, then I didn't feel ill? but I am able to walk, bend and cycle once more. My recovery hopefully should be in full, after the 17 year slow poisoning of muscles.

I quite like the Flying Cameras and have invested in 4, a full sized one and a Mini in the 250g class. To keep up with speed and ever increasing file sizing I have to upgrade to an iMac. before end of 2021.

I rather like the new iPhones and ordered one in September 2022, to replace the aging iPhone 10, but it's not arrived?

I'll be back!
