For a year and a half on DPS Forum, Saralonde has shared her time and knowledge in her own life-is-funny way. She is the part of DPS that helps people see us as "friendly, warm, a community." While sounding uncertain at times about her own photography, she displays a fantastic range of subject, style, imagination and does work a professional can envy. It has been my good fortune to know Saralonde, to have watched her improvement in photography, and to have learned how a few kind words can mean everything to new members. To say I'm a better person for having known her may be a bit cliche. Still true, though, and she is one reason I have spent so much time on the Forum. Thanks, Saralonde, for good company, inspiration, and calm during the storms.

Sara's inventiveness is amazing; a totally different, interesting and often amusing self-portrait every day. If nothing else it shows determination and commitment to her art and the 365 days project, not to mention a certain amount of self-discipline (there must be days when she doesn't feel like it but gets on with it anyway). Sara takes a pretty damn good photograph too and I look forward to Sara's daily posts. I know that, if it were me, there'd be huge gaps in my postings.
