Please bare with my lack of activity on here - currently learning to live with chronic illness, which believe me is a major spanner in the works. Using my current down time to figure out what to do with my life. Pleases peruse my old profile & pics from simpler days...

As far as inspiration goes, I love graffitti, mexican sugar skulls, retro patterns, palimpsest, layers, vintage halloween graphics, neon colours, embroidery, muji, calico, Tilleke Schwarz, zombies, candy floss, noisey guitar music, collage, the Misfits, glitter and sparkles, a good cup of tea, charm bracelets, pink, Sue Williams, circuit boards and old wallpapers. Id love to visit Las Vegas, Japan and the Day of the Dead festival in Mexico. Im intrigued by fairgrounds and would love to live by the sea again.

I graduated from Swansea Institute in July 2007 with a BA in Surface Pattern Design, and have dabbled in sewing, digital textile printing, screen printing, fine-art printmaking (which I am diabolicle at), knitting, crochet, painting, glasswork, fabric dyeing, wirework, lasercutting, papermaking, feltmaking (both regular and nuno), collage and photography.

Mainly, my creative endeavours involve making/destroying perfectly good sketchbooks and reading books (on account of an inability to make a mark on a plain page), drawing using a pot of india ink and a stick (yes a stick), college, and a (once obsessive) need to stitch. I also like to dabble on photoshop very muchly, and I am getting into photography.

Otherwise, my interests include: listening to music, making pretty things, sleeping, RESIDENT EVIL, chocolate, going to the cinema, going to the beach (i no longer live by the beach, sux) PRIMARK!!!, survival horror games eg silent hill etc, shopping, spending time with friends, tacos, Ebay, shiney things, JAM!, lazing around, drinking malibu!!, more sleeping, glitter, NANDOS!!! beads, cooking rampages, Etsy, flamingos, Flickr, running around the field with my crazy dog and a good cup of tea.
