Anyone who does not have a proper buddy icon and whose photos are unavailable to me and who faves my photos will be blocked immediately. Some may be innocent of wrong doing but I have discovered that many such people have stolen my photographs.

Photography has been one of my hobbies since High School and college. Over the years the interest was put on the back burner because of family and job committments. Now that I am retired I find a renewed interest and energy for the art. I particularly enjoy wildlife and landscapes. In January 2008, we spent a month in Florida with a lot of time in the Everglades. A decision was made on the drive home to take photography to a higher level and purchase a DSLR. Hopefully I am on the right track, but am open to any of your suggestions as to how I might improve.

I really enjoy Flickr and the opportunity to network with a lot of great people from all over the world that have a love for the same things that I do. The great outdoors and our animal friends certainly do provide us with a universal language.
