I have been taking pictures for about 35 years with different cameras, starting with my fathers old Altix and using a Nikon FM with 4 premium lenses for the last 25 years.

In December 2007 I bought my first digital SLR, a Nikon D80 with the 18-70 zoom and a SB-600 flash.

I´m still learning to master the camera but I suppose it´s easier for one who knows the basics of photography than for a person who is only used to all-automatic point and shoot cameras to jump into the DSLR-world.

- In January 2008 I purchased a Micro-Nikkor 55/3.5 on E-bay, which seems to work just fine for me who´s used to manual focusing with my FM.

- I added an AF Nikkor 50/1.8 D to my equipment in February 2008.

- Bought a second hand AF Nikkor 70-210/4-5.6 in June 2008

I´m most interested in light and composition, B&W or color depends on the picture. I`m not very fond of oversaturated pictures that you see too much of here on flickr.
