Pet Helpers, Inc. is a volunteer group interested in promoting ways to reduce the overpopulation of pets in western Oklahoma. By providing low cost spay and neuter programs, assisting with humane education and networking with breed rescue organizations, Pet Helpers, Inc. hopes to establish new ways of thinking in small town America about pet guardianship versus pet ownership, reduce the number of needless euthanization and ensure pets are adopted into the proper, loving environments that will make them a part of the family instead of a dog on a chain.
