Thanks for stopping by. Fairly new to Flickr, I have enjoyed visiting the photostreams of many brilliant photographers.

Coming from an SLR Pentax P30 background I am still amazed at the scope of DSLRS and was constantly being challenged by my Canon EOS 400D. Not surprisingly I discovered it was faulty big time which is why I struggled for so long, and now I have a 7D which I am totally happy with.

My own collections are primarily to re-live personal memories and to capture precious moments. I revel in getting as close to my wildlife as I can, this way they are aware of me in their world, which is very rewarding - mind you, a longer lens would be a lot quicker!

Constantly trying to 'up the standard' by finding new challenges I would love you to critique some of my photos if you have the time.

Comments or suggestions for me to improve on any images would be most welcome!
