I collect mostly vintage photographs of various subjects: urban life, urban decay, historical Portland, Oregon, Pacific Northwest, Cleveland, Ohio, urban scenes, photo albums, etc. I've had an interest in "urban decay" photography since reading "Euclid Beach Park Is Closed For The Season" as a child. The photos of the park in months and years after it closed I found to be especially stirring. Polidori's book "Zones Of Exclusion" was a milestone for me, as was discovering Eugene Atget's work. Since then I've branched out and have a fairly broad range of photographic interests. Basically, if it moves me, I like it.....
