I am 51 year's old and until very recently.. April 14! I was a bus driver for Transdev Harrogate and District and had been for 24 years.I have always had an interest in photography and transport of all types my main interest began with trains but as time passed I have begun to enjoy transport of all kinds.I also like to photograph architecture buildings scenery and animals.

I feel strongly that photography takes time and cannot be rushed.It is far better to get it right rather than accept second best.

I also feel that photographers should stand together as one with regard to the new idea that transport photographers are to be treated as terrorists.I object very strongly to being apprehended in the street or in a public place by someone usually of low intelligence telling me what where and when I can take pictures which after all is a basic human right in the United Kingdom and is certainly not a criminal offence.

Sadly in April 2015 I had a series of unexplained blackouts and 8 months later was diagnosed with severe CFS FIBROMYALGIA aka ME... I am now sadly unable to walk work or drive and need 24hr care... thus my site is not as up to date as i would like it to be.

I make the most of what i can when i can and still admire people's work on here so much
