Tim has become a good friend since our paths crossed on Flickr sometime ago now. More interested in the perfect shot than equipment used he has taken some of the most stunning nature/insect/bug photographs that I've seen and continues to do so. Unassuming and always helpful to fellow enthusiasts, supportive of others, never unjustly critical. You could do far worse than taking the time to look through his photostream for interest, variety, inspiration, humour, rarity value of subjects photographed and to marvel at what is building into a fabulous 'bank' of work. There's a quote I once read about photography that goes something like... 'To the folks who say there are no people in these photographs, I say...there are always two, the photographer and the viewer! That very much sums up Tim's excellent work.
