son of a former amateur photog pops, and a current professional human moms. pops had a cpl nice shots up when i was younger, still have some choice ones, grandparents have some more. found out he used to have a bronica, i said "what happened to the bronica?" he looked at me, and said "life gets expensive all of a sudden".

FFWD to me at 15 in H.S. with my dad's SLR in photog. class, learning developing, exposures, timings, and how to waste lots of time in the darkroom making exposures of my friends skateboarding.

two years of that and the bug had me really. doesn't mean i kept shooting, but i still loved shooting.

every now and then i'd get my hands on a cam, and bust out my little artiste, but now i've got a cam again...(spent more than i should have, but i'm happy with what i got. no it's not all whizbang, and it's still a point and shoot....but i've been out of the game long enough to know what i needed was more important that what i wanted. i needed a good solid camera that could shoot good looking shots, that i could take wherever, and play with.)

i currently work in prepress.

i love shooting textures, closeups, and want to get out there and shoot architectures, strange things and guesswork.

i like mistakes too.

for some reason though, shooting people kind of bores me right now.

maybe that will change.
