I am a multi media artist, art & movement workshop leader,writer,safe sex education advocate,peace activist and overall kind & fabulous human being...I've learned after all these years that "I LKE ME"! And that is a good thing!

Afterall, we live wth ourselves 24-7! I spend more time with me than anyone else! I'm gonna miss me when I'm gone!

As an artist, i believe I am intuitive. I am called an "outsider artist", (which means primarily "self taught"). My life is my art, and my art is my life.

One of my messages is ~ enjoy the process~ all of it!

Especially the crap! That's the rich sh-t , the fertilizer, that will help you grow & blossom...some of my best work has come out of the darkness,lonliness,longing,searching,loss and painful events in my life.

The main message I would like to leave behind is simply:

~LOVE~ LOVE WILL SAVE THE DAY!

Love is why we are here & we need to get back to love.

We will not have peace on earth until we learn to love and forgive.

Also, THANK GOD (or, as my atheist dad would say "Thank DOG!") we still have FREEDOM OF SPEECH & FREEDOM to express ourselves through art & writing (dance, music,all of it!)...I give myself permission as an artist to see all sides of a matter, to express my anger,fear,pain,faith,lack of faith,love,hate...whatever is my human experience or feelings...I allow myself to express these emotions through art...I can be controversial...and I try to be as open and honest as possible...I have a wide range...from G Rated to XXRated! I honor all of me! I haven't gotten arrested yet for any of my work...that's a good thing!
