My name is Phymean Noun, I was born in Cambodia. I used to worked with UN and other international organization like UNDP/ ILO over 12 years, I felt that I am a Cambodian woman with many year experience in the UN and other NGO's and I wanted to do something to help and to change the lives of the children working on the garbage dump to live in a better life in the future, so I decided to resign my last job and then I started People Improvement Organization (PIO) in 2002. I felt very joyed and warm when I see the poor children happy, enjoy with their studies at PIO.
