The short story of my life is: Born in Ohio, raised in Florida, lived in New York City for 5 years and all of the above were good reasons to move to Alaska in 1964.

Much of my flickr site is artwork that I do plus photos of Alaska and my travels abroad. Most of my travelin's 'round the Pacific Rim, the Ring of Fire. For me this area is the most dynamic part of the world today.

About my art; here I post the good and the bad, -as I draw/paint/sketch for my, my own pleasure ( and, of course,the pleasure of others that might enjoy my work) but not for profit or posterity (if posterity wants pictur's -let em paint their own!:-)).

So! I post the good and the bad but I try to keep the ugly, photos of myself, to a minimum.

In accord with flickr's guidelines, I try to remember to flag all nudes as 'moderate', rather than 'safe'. Subsequently if you leave your flickr filter set to 'safe', -you'll not be offended if such offends you. OK! I'm glad we had this little talk.
