I am a Catholic Priest in Pennsylvania. I love my vocation and thank God each day for the calling to be priest. I've heard of priests who pretended they were priests when they were kids, even "playing" Mass. My call began when my parish priest asked me if I ever thought about being one. I laughed (as did my Mom) and told him no, but I always wondered why he asked me.

In middle school and high school, Mom and Dad twisted my arm and "asked" me to go on a youth group retreat. I really didn't have an option, so I went peacefully. But while there I felt cold compared to even my other friends. They had something I didn't, and I wanted it too. It was faith! They prayed, while I went through the motions. They tried to pay attention at Mass, I went so I didn't get in trouble.

Long story short... (Too late, I know!) I found faith... Christ... Church.

I also enjoy sports, both watching and participating. Love the Phillies, Iron Pigs (local baseball team), and the Green Bay Packers (Brett Favre is still a sore subject... ugh!)

I started taking photos of the couples in my parish preparing for marriage, familes at baptisms, vacation photos, youth group activites, etc. and now with my G9 I want to learn more about photography and take better shots.
