I walk extensively in my local area almost on a daily basis and admire the touch people add to their homes and gardens to make them unique. I also commute frequently to New York City, visit galleries and historic house museums. I've traveled somewhat out of the country, but in recent years have enjoyed visiting cities and towns with that I have read about. Taking photos is the best way to take home the eye catching scenes and objects that I frequently observe.
